Additional fees 

REGISTRATION FEE:  $30+ HST PER FAMILY 

* ANNUAL RECITAL FEE: $40.00 +HST (1 student) / $50.00+ HST (family rate) due with second term payment.  This allows for  Free unlimited family admission. 

* RECITAL COSTUME RENTAL $20.00+ HST  per class  due with second term payment

* Highest family tuition is at full rate. Subsequent family tuitions are discounted 10%

3 Post-dated cheques or Visa / MasterCard *$25.00+ HST administrative fee for alternate payment plans (per student)  - Students will not be permitted to register for the next term if payment is not in full. Please speak with Administration about alternative payment plans.

* Ballet Grades 1-5 : NATIONAL DANCE  SKIRT AND SHOES RENTAL: $25.00 

In the case of lost or damaged skirts and or  shoes they will need to be replaced, please speak with Micaela. 



Basic Information :


-WEATHER CANCELATIONS:  An email is sent and you can always check the website www.coastaldance.ca or call 452-7114 decisions are made by 2:30 on the day of question. Not necessarily when school is canceled. Storm days will not be made up as it is an unforseen event. Cancellations due to teacher conflict will be made up at an alternate date. 


-REFUND POLICY: Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal. Tuition is due & payable the first day of each term. No refunds or credits will be issued after the first 3 weeks of any term.  Refunds within the first 3 weeks of any term will be issued when a completed withdrawal form is handed to the Administrator.  Withdrawal forms are available at the desk and must be presented in writing or online.


-You are welcome to make up all missed classes in any Style at your level.


-Class changes must be made during the first three classes of each term and must be registered at the front desk or via email. After which a $20.00 administration fee will be charged 


-$25.00 service charge fee for dishonoured payments. PLEASE let us know when you change your credit cards.
